Privacy Policy

Who we are
Agentic Anatta is the agentic operating layer of Anatta Inc. This policy covers the public website at agenticanatta.com and Anatta's internal tools hosted under this domain (such as vision.agenticanatta.com), which are used by Anatta's own team — they are not consumer products.
This website
The public site has no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. It stores two functional preferences and nothing else:
aa-theme— your light/dark theme choice, kept in your browser's local storage.aa-view— a cookie set only if you manually switch between the mobile and desktop editions; it expires after 24 hours.
Neither identifies you, and neither leaves your browser for any purpose other than serving the page you asked for.
Google Sign-In in our internal tools
Our internal tools use Google Sign-In to authenticate Anatta team members. When you sign in, we receive your basic Google profile: your name, email address, and profile picture. Sign-in requests only these basic profile scopes — we do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google account content.
We use this information solely to:
- authenticate you and control access to the tools;
- show who you are inside the tools (your name and picture on tasks, comments, and approvals);
- keep an audit trail of actions taken.
Agentic Anatta's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we never do
- We do not sell your data — to anyone, ever.
- We do not use your data for advertising.
- We do not share it with third parties, except infrastructure providers that host our services and process data on our behalf (such as Cloudflare and Google), or where the law requires it.
Retention and deletion
Profile information is kept for as long as you have access to the tools. When access ends, or on request, we remove it. To request deletion of your data, email us at the address below.
Security
All traffic is served over HTTPS, and access to the internal tools is restricted to authorized Anatta accounts.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with an updated effective date.
